Yeah, thunderhead IS do-able with henchmen. Granted, I've not done it by myself using henchmen, but with a friend and his N/Me Blood support necro and me using a E/Me fire nuker. All you have to do really is protect the king and Target call the enemy you're attacking repeatedly so all the henchmen swarm on that one enemy. My friend reserved some of the bodies for blood wells and wells of power, as well as having blood ritual and other stuff, although the gnasher's liked stealing his leftover bodies sometimes, so yeah, it's possible, just have to be patient and work with it. And it took my friend and I two tries to get it with henchmen
